A mishap can happen quickly: your cell phone slips out of your hand or you spill a glass of water on your laptop. Because such cases are not covered by the manufacturer's warranty or ours Warranty extensions are covered, we offer equipment insurance.

Equipment insurance is an insurance product from AXA Versicherungen AG. The insurance offers worldwide all-round protection in the event of a fall, impact or broken display as well as water and moisture damage. For mobile phones and tablets, the insurance also covers the costs of misuse of the SIM card following theft. The number of claims during the contract period is not limited.

Reporting a claim

If there is any damage to your insured device, you should report this to us via https://insurance.digitec.ch/#/ or https://insurance.galaxus.ch/#/ . This way you can start the repair process right away.
